Not to toot my own horn, but I've worked in the social media space since my first college internship in 2009. Over the years, I've worked directly on organic and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, and YouTube. I can handle work in any area of social: strategy, content calendars, content creation, management, listening, competitor analysis, analytics, reporting, and ads.

Community management is different than social media management, and honestly, I wish more people understood that. Online communities gather and chat in forums or on platforms like Reddit, Discord, and Facebook Groups. These spaces require regular management and moderation. If you're looking to engage your brand's biggest fans and foster loyalty, creating a strong digital community can be a great long-term strategy.
